This attractive free-standing holiday home is made of sustainable building materials and is in a wooded area near the beach. The living room features a comfortable seating area by the TV, while the staircase to the upper floor is centrally located, creating a warm divide between the living and dining areas. The dining table, which comfortably seats 6, is an extension of the kitchen. The corner kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an induction hob, combi microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, filter coffee maker, and kettle.
On the ground floor, there's a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom contains a double bed made of two single mattresses (90x200 cm), bedside tables, and a wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom features a shower and a sink.
Upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms—one with a double bed made up of two single box springs, and the other with two single beds. Both rooms come with a wardrobe. The bathroom on this floor includes a walk-in shower, a washbasin with a vanity unit, and a separate toilet.
From the living room, you can step directly onto the 20 m² terrace, leading into the private, enclosed garden (50 m²). The garden offers a peaceful spot with comfortable seating for 6, a garden table, and an umbrella, perfect for relaxing. There's also a sheltered area in the garden where you can charge bikes. The house provides two free parking spaces directly opposite.
A cot is available for children up to 2 years old; you'll need to bring any additional items. Please note that pets are not allowed on this property.
